I love fresh fruit salads in the summer time. This is a really tasty one!

Ingredients For fresh mango salad

3ripe mangoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

2fresh mandarin oranges, peeled, deseeded and sectioned

2bananas, sliced

1 Tbspolive oil
-
2 Tbsphoney

juice of 1 lime
How To Make fresh mango salad

1Combine first orange sections and mangoes together in a large bowl, tossing gently.

2Combine oil, honey and lime juice; pour over fruit and toss gently.

3Cover and chill. Add 2 sliced bananas just before serving and toss with salad.

4To serve, remove fruit with a slotted spoon; arrange in a fruit bowl or on lettuce leaves. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
