Ingredients For fresh fruit medley

1 smapples, peeled and sliced

1/2 tspvanilla extract

5/8 tspground cinnamon

5/8 tspground ginger

2 Tbspricotta cheese
-
1/4 cplain, nonfat yogurt
-
1 Tbsporange juice, frozen concentrate
-
1/2 cgrapes, seedless
-
1 smoranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
-
12bananas, sliced
-
4walnut halves
How To Make fresh fruit medley

1Place all fruit in a bowl and mix in frozen orange juice concentrate.

2In a blender, combine yogurt, ricotta, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla. Portion the fruit into dessert bowls, top each with yogurt-ricotta sauce and garnish with a walnut half.

3Other fruits may be substituted, such as melon, kiwifruit, strawberries, blueberries, pears or pineapple. The fruit medley may also be served without topping.
