Ingredients For fluffy fruit salad

20 ozcan unsweetened pineapple chunks drained reserving 1 cup juice

2 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspflour

1/2 tspsalt

1 mdegg beaten
-
1 Tbspwhite vinegar

1pear peeled and cubed
-
1 cstrawberries sliced
-
2bananas peeled and sliced
-
1/2 cchopped pecans

8 ozcool whip
How To Make fluffy fruit salad

1Place the 1 cup of pineapple juice in a saucepan. If you don't have 1 cup add water to make 1 cup.

2Add the sugar, flour and salt. Cook and sitr over med heat until bubbly. Reduce heat and cook 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat and stir a small amount of sauce into the egg. Add the egg mixture to the pan stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar and let cool to room temp.

3MIx the pineapple chunks, pears, strawberries, and bananas together. Mix the cool whip with the sauce.

4Add the pecans and the cool whip and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
