It's a really healthy, creamy, sweet cold summer salad with a touch of spice. The Feta cheese cuts the tangy sweet pineapple taste. You could probably add more nutmeg for a spicier Salad.

  • 1/2 can
    pineapple tidbits, 20 oz. drained
  • 3/4 c
    "greek god" honey/vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 c
    athenos feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp
    simple truth organic dark maple syrup

    Mix it all together. Serve chilled with sour cream and nutmeg on top.
