Ingredients For cucumber salad (gurkensalat)

    cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2
    white onion, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    chives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream

How To Make cucumber salad (gurkensalat)

    Place cucumber into a bowl, add salt, mix, then let stand for 20 minutes.

    Drain liquid from cucumbers, squeezing out excess, and return to bowl.
