Ingredients For cranberry salad

  • 1 qt
    fresh cranberries
  • 1
    orange
  • 1 c
    apple
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 box
    cherry jello
  • 2 c
    boiling water

How To Make cranberry salad

  • 1
    Grind or finely chop in food processor cranberries, orange (including rind) and apples. Add sugar, pineapple and pecans.

    Mix water and jello, refrigerate until partially thick and set. Add fruit/nut mixture, pour into pan or molds and refrigerate overnight.
