I've made this recipe for years as an accompaniment for the Thanksgiving meal...and it is so refreshing with the turkey leftovers too.It's also super simple to make.

Ingredients For cranberry freeze

1-1lb. canwhole cranberry sauce
-
1-8 1/2oz cancrushed pineapple, drained. *note:1-8 1/2 can crushed pineapple contains 3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple.

1 csour cream

1/3 ccoarsley chopped pecans
How To Make cranberry freeze

1Combine all ingredients into a Medium mixing bowl; Mix well.

2Pour mixture into an 8'x8' pan. Cover and freeze until firm.(2 hours)

3Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving and cut into squares.
