8 ozcrushed pineapple in juice

2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 Tbspflour

1/2 csugar
- DAY 2

8 ozcool whip

4apples, peeled or leave with skin on for color

1 cpeanuts
-
1 jarcaramel sauce topping used for ice cream
How To Make caramel apple salad

1In a saucepan mix together all the ingredients from day 1 bring to a boil, cook until thick and refrigerate overnight.

2Day 2 combine the sauce from day 1 reserving a bit to sprinkle on top for presentation.

3Sprinkle with additional peanuts if desired.
