    whole cantaloupe, cut
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    pecans
  • 1 pinch
    cinnamon (optional)

How To Make cantaloupe salad with honey and pecans

    In a mixing bowl, place your cantaloupe pieces, then sprinkle a little salt. Give a quick mix and allow to sit for a few minutes. I like to reserve the seeds for planting the following year.

    Add honey and pecans, make sure all your cantaloupe is coated. You can optionally add a pinch of cinnamon at this point.

    Allow to sit for about 10 minutes in the fridge or on the counter. Serve alongside your favorite dish.
