Ingredients For blueberry jello salad

16 oz pkg of black cherry jello (i f can't find the large box, buy 2 of the small boxes)

115 oz can oregon blueberries in light syrup (undrained)

120 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)

18 oz cream cheese
-
18 oz sour cream
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts or pecans ( optional )
How To Make blueberry jello salad

1In a 9x13 pan - dissolve Jello in 2 c boiling water. Add blueberries and pineapple - un drained (this replaces the cold water). Refrigerate until set - about 4 hours.

2Topping: Beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla in mixer until smooth. Spread over well set Jello. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (if using). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
