This is a wonderful Christmas recipe that I've made for the past couple of years and everyone seems to love it.

Ingredients For blue cheese and pear salad

1/4 cpolaner all fruit, seedless raspberry preserves
-
1/4 cbalsamic vinegar
-
2 tspdijon mustard
-
11/4 colive oil, extra virgin

8 corganic salad greens
-
2pears, cored, chopped.

1 csliced red onions
-
1/4 cpecan halves
-
1/3 cblue cheese, crumbled
How To Make blue cheese and pear salad

1In saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook raspberry preserves and vinegar for 1 min. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Cook 1 min. Remove from heat.

2Stir mustard into preserves mix. slowly whisk in oil. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.

3In bowl, gently toss last 5 ingredients. Drizzle salad w/ dressing, just before serving
