Ingredients For berry salad w/poppy seed dressing

1romaine lettuce head

1/2 smred onion

1 ptberries (any berries your kids love)

1/2 cmayonnaise (have used low fat with good results)

2 Tbspwhite vinegar

1/3 csugar (can use artificaila sweetener, but use only 2 tablesppons

1/4 cmilk
-
1 1/2 Tbsppoppy seeds
How To Make berry salad w/poppy seed dressing

1Wash and cut Romain lettuce into bite size pieces, rinse berries and combine

2Dice the red onion finely or even grate it so the kids can't find it, but only use about 2 Tablespoons as grated onion is extremely strong because of the juices released. Combine with the lettuce and berries

3Combine all the other ingredients and mix well. Pour over salad and serve
