Ingredients For apricot-pineapple salad

  • 2 pkg
    apricot gelatin
  • 2 can
    (15-oz) applesauce
  • 1 bottle
    (12-oz) ginger ale
  • 1 can
    (15-oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make apricot-pineapple salad

    Heat applesauce in saucepan on stove.
  • 2
    Dissolve gelatin in hot applesauce.
  • 3
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

    Spoon into glass dish.

    Chill until firm. At least 4 hours.

    Serve on lettuce lined plate.
