Ingredients For apple slaw

3/4 csour cream

1/4 cgranulated sugar

3 Tbspapple cider vinegar

2 Tbspranch dressing mix

1 8-oz pkgshredded cabbage and carrotss

3green apples, cored and diced

3green onions, thinly sliced

3 stalkcelery, chopped

salt, to taste

freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How To Make apple slaw

1Whisk sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and ranch seasoning in large bowl to blend.

2Add cabbage mixture, apples, green onions and celery.

3Toss to coat.

4Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.

5Cover tightly and chill for 20 minutes or up to 4 hours.

6Serve cold.
