Ingredients For apple slaw

  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1 8-oz pkg
    shredded cabbage and carrotss
  • 3
    green apples, cored and diced
  • 3
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How To Make apple slaw

  • 1
    Whisk sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and ranch seasoning in large bowl to blend.

    Add cabbage mixture, apples, green onions and celery.

    Toss to coat.

    Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
  • 5
    Cover tightly and chill for 20 minutes or up to 4 hours.

    Serve cold.
