Ingredients For apple cinnamon rice crisp

  • 1 c
    minute rice, white or brown
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1
    20 0z. can of apple pie filling
  • 1 c
    brown sugar,divided
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    rasians
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts,chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    uncooked rolled oates
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make apple cinnamon rice crisp

    Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Combine rice,pie filling,1/2 cup brown sugar,cinnamon,raisins and walnuts in a medium bowl. Pour into prepared dish.In same bowl combine remaining brown sugar and rolled oats.Blend in butter,mixing well until mixture is moist.

    Sprinkle over rice mixture.Bake 20 minutes.
