Ok, so I know it's not a pic of an actual Angel Salad, but since I didn't have one yet, this is my youngest grandbay enjoying his first taste. This salad is something I have been making since my kids were small. It's the one thing they both request for Holidays & family dinners. You can double the recipe really well. I'll post an actual pic the next time I make this.

Ingredients For angel salad

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cchopped pecans

1/2 csugar

1 tspvanilla extract

19 oz tub cool whip

1 can(lg) crushed pineapple
How To Make angel salad

1Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

2add pecans, sugar, vanilla and pineapple. Mix well.

3fold in coolwhip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I prepare the night before I'm ready to serve.
