Quick, light and easy. Great as a side dish, or dessert, at your next cookout. My sister made this all the time when we were growing up. I haven't had it in years, but got a craving, so I made a batch.

Ingredients For ambrosia salad

1 can20 oz, pineapple chunks

1 can11 oz, mandarin orange segments

1banana, sliced
-
1 1/2 cseedless grapes

1 cminiature marshmallows
-
1 cflaked coconut
-
1/2 cchopped pecans
-
1 csour cream, or plain yogurt

1 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make ambrosia salad

1Drain pineapple and orange segments. In large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and pecans. In 1-quart bowl, combine sour cream and brown sugar. Stir into fruit mixture. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or overnight.
