Ingredients For cool corn salad

  • 1 can
    yellow whole kernal corn drained
  • 1 can
    mexicorn drained
  • 1 can
    white shoepeg corn drained
  • 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 1 c
    wesson oil
  • several
    green onions chopped
  • several
    stalks celery chopped
  • 1 jar
    medium chopped pomientos
  • 1/2 c
    chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make cool corn salad

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. let stand over night. Pour off excess liquid and serve cold.
