1Grill the chicken.

2Once the chicken has been grilled, chop.

3In a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients (except avocado and lettuce).

4Mix well. Make sure that all the chicken is coated. Let set in refrigerator until well chilled. Serve on a croissant with lettuce and avocado.
