If you like Subways Sweet Onion Dressing you will love this recipe. Note: it’s 1/4 teaspoon EACH of the seasonings. I weigh the onion on my food scale. It might amount to 3/4 of a large onion.

In a blender, combine Vinegar, Sugar and Onion Wedges. Cover and process until smooth.

Add Seasonings, blend well. Add oil very slowly in a steady stream while processing until thickened.
