Ingredients For savory chicken salad

4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
-
2 canUnderwood 'Red Devil' Chicken spread

1/2 cchopped Walnuts
-
4-6 Tbspmayonnaise, light

1/2 cRed, seedless grapes chopped

2 stalkscelery chopped small
-
1/4 cchopped sweet red onion

dashsalt & pepper to taste
How To Make savory chicken salad

1Place chicken breasts in a 2-quart pan, cover with water and boil until done. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool chop into small chunks.

2In a large bowl, add chopped chicken breasts, both cans of Chicken spread, grapes, celery, onion and walnuts

3Add mayonnaise [4 to 6] tablespoons until desired 'spread-ability' is reached [salad will be chunky]. Add salt & pepper to taste.

4Cover bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or on favorite bread.
