I wanted to do more than just a pea salad. I added chicken, bacon, and cheese, to make it more of a dinner. We both loved it. Hubby says to make it again.

1 cmayonnaise

1 csour cream

1 tspgarlic salt with parsley

1/2 mdred onion, minced

2 bagfrozen peas, thawed (10 oz each)

1/2 mdany color bell pepper, diced

3 stalkcelery, diced

1 lbchicken breast, diced

2 cMexican blend shredded cheese

4 lgeggs, hard boiled and cut into bite-size pieces

2 dashcayenne pepper
How To Make loaded tasty pea salad

1In a large resealable bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic salt with parsley. Whisk until blended; set aside.

2Add the onion, peas, bell pepper, and celery and stir. Add diced chicken and the cheese and stir until well blended.

3Let chill for two hours before serving. Top with hard boiled egg pieces and cayenne pepper.
