4 ccooked chicken, cubed

1 1/2 cseedless green or red grapes, halved

1 cpecan pieces (or nut of your choice)

1/2 clight mayonnaise

1/4 clowfat vanilla yogurt

2 Tbsphoney

1 tsppoppy seeds

1/4 tspwhite pepper

1 Tbspfresh lime juice

How To Make light chicken salad w/ honey-vanilla yogurt sauce

1In a large bowl combine chicken, grapes and pecan pieces.

2In a small bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, honey, poppy seeds, white pepper and lime juice. Add to chicken mixture. Gently toss to coat.

3To serve, line 6 plates with lettuce leaves. Top with chicken salad mixture.
