We have always eaten a basic chicken salad. That's what we like. I thought, what can I do to boost flavor without adding too many ingredients? I love Italian seasoning & garlic, so I baked it off in the oven to perfect doneness, so the chicken was still moist. Loved this on crackers too! Simple idea, but super flavor!

Ingredients For italian chicken salad

2chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 Tbspgarlic salt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
3 stalkcelery, diced small
-
1 mdsweet onion, diced small

3/4-1 chellmans mayo
How To Make italian chicken salad

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Pound out thick part of chicken to same thickness as the smaller end for even cooking.

3Season both sides of chicken . Put in a foil lined baking dish & bake for 25-30 minutes until done. Allow to cool, before cutting into small cubes.

4In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve your favorite way. Enjoy!
