2chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

1 cup cmayonnaise

1/2 stalkcelery, diced small

4 cchicken broth

1/4 calmonds,sliced

1/4 cpecan, chopped

1/4 ccranberries, dried

1scallion diced small
How To Make crunchy chicken salad

1Boil the chicken breast in the 4 cups of chicken broth about 20-30 mins, till tender.

2drain, let cool and chop up.

3combine with the rest of the ingredients...adjust to your taste.

4refrigerate at least 1 hour...ENJOY with lettuce, crackers or bread.
