Ingredients For high-protein chicken salad

1 lbcooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, shreadded (about 4 cups shredded)

1/2 cdiced red onion

1/2 cdiced apple

2/3 cquartered or halved grapes

2/3 cplain 2% fat greek yogurt

2 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tspgarlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

add 1/3 cup dried cranberries before mixing to increase carbs and sweetness. add 1/2 cup chopped almonds or nut of choice to increast protein and healthy fats.
