1/2 ccrushed chinese noodles

1 smred onion

1 candrained black beans

1 cchicken, boneless, skinless, shredded
- DRESSING

3/4 cvirgin olive oil

1/4 cbalsamic vinegar

3 Tbspdijon mustard

1 Tbspfresh chives

1blend dressing and pour over salad. chill 2-3 hours. serve on a bed of lettuce or fresh spinach
