1 cdiced celery

2 ozjar diced pimiento peppers, drained

1/4 cmango chutney

1/2 cmayonnaise

salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cmacadamia nuts, chopped

1 Tbspfresh italian parsley, minced
How To Make hawaiian chicken salad

1Chop chicken into chunks. I use leftover smoked or grilled chicken from the barbecue, but rotisserie is also fine.

2Stir chicken up with the rest of the ingredients and serve.
