Ingredients For curry chicken salad

    chicken rice a roni
  • 6
    green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper diced
  • 1/2 c
    sliced green olives
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2
    6 oz jars, marinated artichoke hearts reserving liquid
  • 1/4 tsp
    curry powder
  • 2 1/2 c
    diced, cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2
    sliced and toasted almonds

How To Make curry chicken salad

    Prepare rice according to package directions Drain olives, and combine with onions and bell pepper. Mix mayonnaise, marinade from the artichoke hearts and the curry powder; add to rice Add remaining ingredients. Chill and garnish with parsley
