1 lgroasted chicken, chopped

1/2 ccelery, chopped

8 ozwater chestnuts, sliced and drained

2 cred grapes, halved

2 ozalmonds, slivered

1 cmayonnaise

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbsplemon juice

1-1/2 tspcurry powder

1 Tbspprepared mango chutney

salt to taste
How To Make curry chicken salad

1Gently combine the chicken, water chestnuts, grapes and almonds in a large bowl.

2Combine remaining ingredients for dressing and mix well. Add to chicken mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt to taste.
