Ingredients For curry chicken salad

  • 1 lg
    roasted chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 8 oz
    water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 2 c
    red grapes, halved
  • 2 oz
    almonds, slivered
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mango chutney
  • salt to taste

How To Make curry chicken salad

  • 1
    Gently combine the chicken, water chestnuts, grapes and almonds in a large bowl.
  • 2
    Combine remaining ingredients for dressing and mix well. Add to chicken mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt to taste.
