8 ozunsweetened crushed pineapple, drained

1 pkgmini salad shrimp, rinsed and drained

1/4 creduced-fat mayonnaise

1 Tbspfinely chopped green onion

2 tspdijon mustard

1 1/2 tspminced fresh dill

1 md8-inch cucumber, cut into 1/4 inch circles,skin on and scored

fresh dill sprigs for garnish
How To Make cucumber shrimp snacks

1Combine in a bowl the pineapple,shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, mustard and dill. Spoon onto cucumber slices. Garnish with dill sprig or sprinkle with dried dill weed.

2Note: To score cucumber: Before slicing - take a fork and with the tines scrape them down the length of the cucumber or squash exposing the white of the veggie- until you have scored it all around then slice.
