I make this to use in low carb wraps for a great low carb lunch or dinner. Using a Joseph's LC Pita half, 1/2 of a sliced avocado and 1/6th of the chicken salad recipe, it's 9 net carbs each serving for a sandwich. Ingredients For crunchy walnut chicken salad

  • 2 c
    cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 1
    green onion, green and white part, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
