- SALAD INGREDIENTS

6 cfinely shredded lettuce

2 cfinely chopped cooked chicken

3hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped

2 mdtomatoes, seeded, peeled and chopped

1/4 csweet onion, diced

1ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped

1/4 c( 1 ounce) blue cheese, crumbled

1/2 ccooked,crumbled bacon
How To Make cobb salad

1In a small bowl with lid, or cruet, combine lemon juice, oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings; shake well. Chill to blend flavors.

2In a large salad bowl, arrange remaining ingredients; chill. Just before serving, toss with dressing.
