1/4 clow sodium soy sauce

1/4 cfreshly squeezed lemon juice

2 Tbspseasoned rice vinegar

1 tspdry mustard

1 Tbspsesame oil

1/4 cavocado oil or other neutral oil

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

salt and pepper, to taste
- SALAD
-
1 lghead romaine lettuce, shredded
-
2 cshredded Napa cabbage
-
1/2 lbsnow peas, julienned
-
1/2 csliced green onions
-
1/2 cradishes, thinly sliced
-
1/2 ccilantro, chopped
-
2 ccooked chicken, diced or shredded
-
1/2 csliced almonds, toasted
-
1 Tbspsesame seeds, toasted

1 cwonton strips
How To Make chinese chicken salad

1To make the dressing, add the soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and mustard to a small bowl. Whisk to combine. While continuing to whisk, slowly stream in the sesame oil and avocado oil. Add sugar and whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

2To make the salad, add romaine, cabbage, snow peas, green onions, radishes, and cilantro to a large bowl and toss.

3Add the chicken to the bowl. Give the dressing a quick whisk, then add to the bowl. Toss to coat all ingredients.

4When ready to serve, add the toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and won ton strips. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
