2golden delicious apples, peeled, thinly sliced (i chop them for sandwiches)

3thinly sliced celery stalks

1/2 ccoarsely chopped toasted walnuts

1In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

2Shred meat, and add to dressing. Add apples, celery, and walnuts.
