Ingredients For chicken medley salad

  • CHICKEN SALAD

    applewood bacon strips
  • 10
    baked jalapeno poppers
  • 3/4 c
    diced carrot
  • 1 c
    cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 20
    cooked all-white meat chicken nuggets
  • 5
    cooked breaded chicken breasts,sliced
  • 30
    cooked all-white popcorn chicken
  • 8
    romaine lettuce leaves
  • SPICY HONEY RANCH DRESSING
  • 1 bottle
    ranch dressing
  • 3/4 c
    honey mustard
  • 1 c
    cream cheese,softened
  • 1/2 c
    wing sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper

How To Make chicken medley salad

  • 1
    Place bacon in a large deep skillet.Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.Drain,crumble and set aside to cool.

    In a medium bowl,prepared the dressing by mixed together the ranch dressing,honey mustard,cream cheese,wing sauce and crushed red pepper.

    In a large bowl,combine chicken nuggets,sliced chicken breasts,popcorn chicken,bacon pieces,jalapeno poppers,carrot and cheeses.Pour dressing over chicken mixture and toss well to coat.Refrigerate for 2 hours,serve over lettuce leaves.
