Ingredients For chicken salad supreme

  • 4-6 lg
    chicken breast
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 4
    celery stalks, chopped
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    sweet pickle relish
  • 1 box
    lemon gelatin
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    good quality mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper & olive oil

How To Make chicken salad supreme

    Preheat oven to 375. Place Chicken Breast on baking sheet and drizzle with Olive Oil. Season with Salt and Pepper. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until done. Let cool.

    Pick chicken and place in a food processor with onion and celery. Grind to desired consistency. Place in a large bowl and add Pickle Relish. Meanwhile, place gelatin, soup, mayonnaise and cream cheese in a medium saucepan. Whisk over medium low heat until mixture is smooth and well combined. Pour over Chicken Mixture and combine well. Chill for at least 4 hours. Is much better if you let it set overnight covered in the fridge.
