chicken salad rhonda's
This is the way I always make my chicken salad I love the fresh rosemary in it. I don't like a lot of mayo because I like the flavor of all the ingredients together so I use just enough to make it hold together. The olives are a special treat and I usually make this sandwich after I have opened a can of olives for something else and have some left over. I hope you enjoy my sandwich it is especially good on Dark Rye Bread.

1/4 cred or green bellpepper

1/4 ccelery

1/4 colives

1 sprigfresh rosemary

dashgarlic powder

red pepper flakes (i use japones)

2 Tbspmayonnaise

1Chop all your ingredients & mince your olives. Then add just enough mayo to cover your salad.

2Serve on your choice of bread. I like Oroweat Dark Rye.
