4 cchicken cooked and diced

2 cchopped celery

2 csliced seedless grapes

4 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

1 cgreek yogurt or 1 cup mashed avocado

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make chicken salad gluten free

1Grill chicken until done dice and set aside.

2Mix yogurt or avocado, salt, pepper in a small bowl.

3Combine yogurt or avocado with diced chicken mixture. Chill 1 hour.

4Serve chicken salad on a bed of lettuce or on crescent rolls...... If you have this on a crescent it will have some gluten.
