Ingredients For chicken salad

  • 3 - 4 oz
    left over or can chicken
  • 2 - 4 Tbsp
    sunflower seeds
  • 1 md
    seedless cucumber cut up
  • 4 - 5 oz
    of cauliflower chop in bite size pieces
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp
    ranch dressing (can use mayo if you prefer)

How To Make chicken salad

  • 1
    Cut or break apart the chicken and put in a bowl mix in the rest of the ingredients and chill for a ½ hour.
