Ingredients For chicken salad

3 1/2 croasted chicken breast chopped

1/2 cdiced celery

1/4 cred onion diced, optional

1/2 cdried cranberries

1/2 cfresh squeezed orange juice

1/2 cshaved almonds

1/2 clight mayonaise

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken salad

1For each sandwich, you will need a couple of leaves of Romaine lettuce, 2 slices of tomatoes and 2 slice of Nature's Own light white or light wheat bread.
