    bacon
  • 3 c
    salad greens torn into bite size pieces
  • 2
    tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 2
    hard cooked eggs sliced
  • 3 oz
    swiss cheese sliced
  • 3 oz
    ham cut into slices
  • 1 md
    chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips
  • 1 Tbsp
    dill weed
  • 1 c
    garlic croutons
  • MUSTARD DRESSING
  • 2 Tbsp
    bacon fat
  • 1/4 c
    prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make chef's salad with creamy mustard dressing

    SALAD; Cook bacon crisp and reserve 2 tbsp. bacon fat.

    Crumble bacon and combine with greens, tomatoes, eggs, cheese, ham, chicken, and croutons. Serve wiyh mustard dressing.

    MUSTARD DRESSING: Combine all ingredients and serve with chef's salad.

    Use White vinegar if you use cider vinegar it will have a diffrant flavor all together.
