Ingredients For baked chicken salad

  • 2 c
    chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise dressing
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheese
  • 1 c
    potato chips, crushed

How To Make baked chicken salad

  • 1
    Combine chicken, celery, pecans, mayo, salt, lemon juice and onion. Put in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed potato chips and grated cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350.
