After eating prime rib for three days, there was one big slice left. I make salad out of leftover chicken turkey and ham, so I figured, why not beef.

Ingredients For red, white and blue steak salad

1 cdiced steak, trimmed of all fat

2 Tbspcrumbled blue cheese

2 Tbspfinely diced celery

2 Tbspdiced red onion

2 Tbspsmoked horseradish sauce or horseradish

1/3 cmayonaisse

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make red, white and blue steak salad

1Mix mayonaisse and horseradish sauce. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended.
