Ingredients For russ's three bean salad

1 14.5-oz. can green beans, cut

1 14.5-oz. can yellow wax beans, cut

1 14.5-oz. can kidney beans (undrained)

1 lg. purple onion

1 green pepper
-
2 tbs. pimiento, cut up

1/3 c. cider vinegar

1/2 c. salad oil

2/3 c. sugar

salt to taste

pepper to taste
How To Make russ's three bean salad

1Drain beans. (except kidney beans). Cut up onion and green pepper. In a medium bowl, mix beans, onion, pimiento and green pepper. In a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
