Ingredients For russ's three bean salad

  • 1 14.5-oz. can green beans, cut
  • 1 14.5-oz. can yellow wax beans, cut
  • 1 14.5-oz. can kidney beans (undrained)
  • 1 lg. purple onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tbs. pimiento, cut up
  • 1/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

How To Make russ's three bean salad

  • 1
    Drain beans. (except kidney beans). Cut up onion and green pepper. In a medium bowl, mix beans, onion, pimiento and green pepper. In a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
