Ingredients For russ's salmon spread

1 can salmon

2 pkg. unflavored gelatin

1/2 C. cold water

1 C. boiling water

2 C. sour cream

3/4 C. Thousand Island dressing

1 Tbs. lemon juice

1/2 C. onion, chopped

1 tsp. dill
How To Make russ's salmon spread
-
1Pour cold water into large mixing bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. With wire whisk, blend in sour cream, dressing, and lemon juice. Stir in salmon, onion, and dill. Turn into 6-cup mold or bowl and chill until firm.
