  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 C. cornmeal
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • vegetable oil

    Mix all ingredients together. Form small patties (or cakes). Place in skillet with hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
