1 lb. pork sausage

1 C. onion, chopped

1/2 C. celery, chopped

1/2 C. green pepper, chopped

1 can mushroom soup

1 1/2 C. milk

1/2 C. rice, uncooked

1/8 tsp. salt

dash of pepper

3/4 tsp. sage

1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 sm. can mushrooms
-
1 C. bread crumbs

2 Tbs. butter
How To Make russ's pork sausage casserole

1Brown meat and pour off grease. Add vegetables and simmer until tender. Stir in soup, milk, rice, mushrooms, and seasonings. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Stir occasionally. Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered an additional 20 minutes.
