1/2 C. white vinegar

1/2 C. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. mustard seed

one 12-oz. bag frozen chopped onions

1 Tbs. pimiento, chopped
How To Make russ's onion relish

1Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil. Add onions and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into a mixing bowl and cover. Chill thoroughly. Add pimiento just before serving.
