2 cups sifted bleached all-purpose flour

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
3/4 cup golden raisins, chopped
•
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
•
1/2 cup apricots preserves, heated and cooled slightly
